AVREN Labs is a brand operated from Chile by César Mario Cortés Verdejo. No incorporated company is represented by this notice. This notice describes information handled by the AVREN Labs website and the AVREN Finance account experience.

AVREN Labs website

The corporate website presents AVREN Labs, AVREN Portfolio and AVREN Markets. Amanda is the analysis assistant for AVREN Portfolio and Elena is the analysis assistant for AVREN Markets. Product availability and current limits are described on the relevant pages.

AVREN Finance accounts

Registration is open to visitors with a valid Google identity. On the first successful sign-in, AVREN Finance creates a personal account space and membership. Registration grants access to the private dashboard; it does not activate paid features, personalized financial services or transaction execution. Google authenticates the visitor; AVREN Finance does not receive or store the visitor’s Google password.

When an account is created or used, AVREN Finance stores the name and email address supplied by Google, the identity provider and provider account identifier, the personal workspace and membership associated with the account, and timestamps needed to operate and secure the service. A matching email address is not used by itself to link separate provider identities.

Age declaration

AVREN Finance is available only to people who declare that they are at least 18 years old. The declaration version and acceptance time are stored with the account. AVREN does not request a birth date through this registration flow and does not represent this declaration as independently verified.

Sessions and security

AVREN Finance creates revocable sessions so that authenticated pages can remain available between requests and logout can invalidate access on the server. Session and CSRF values are placed in secure browser cookies. The server stores cryptographic hashes and session timestamps rather than the original session values. Provider access and refresh tokens are not retained when they are not required for sign-in.

Portfolio and Markets data

A new private workspace begins empty. AVREN Portfolio has no connected portfolio, and AVREN Markets has no connected market sources or live analysis. The public demonstration is separate from private accounts and uses data identified as synthetic. The current service does not connect to Amanda, Elena, Founder portfolios or operational trading systems.

Website fonts and assets

The websites serve their fonts and visual assets from AVREN-controlled domains. They do not request fonts from Google Fonts.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is limited to the public AVREN Labs corporate website and is not enabled for AVREN Finance. On the corporate website it may measure visits and page performance. Cloudflare can add its browser beacon outside the packaged HTML. The beacon processes page, referrer, navigation, timing and performance information. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies or local storage for its usage measurements. This analytics measurement is separate from Cloudflare’s delivery and security processing.

Delivery, storage and security providers

Cloudflare provides website delivery, Worker execution, security and the D1 database used by AVREN Finance. Requests necessarily include connection and request information such as IP address, requested URL and headers. Google processes sign-in according to the Google account and consent experience. Each provider describes its own processing in its privacy documentation.

Email contact

Contact links open the visitor’s email application. If a visitor sends an email, the sender’s provider and the recipient’s email service process the address, message content and associated metadata. Email is used to read and respond to the inquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment information or other sensitive material in an initial message.

Retention

OIDC sign-in transactions are removed 24 hours after creation. Expired sessions are removed 30 days after expiry, and revoked sessions are removed 30 days after revocation. Valid sessions and active sign-in flows are preserved. Account, identity, personal workspace and membership records remain until a verified deletion request is completed.

Deletion and suspension

An account holder may request deletion at cesar.cortes@avren-labs.com. AVREN verifies control of the email address associated with the Google identity before deletion. Completion revokes sessions and removes the account and its personal tenant data. Hashed operational audit references may remain, and provider-controlled backups or security logs may persist for periods controlled by Cloudflare or the relevant provider.

An account may be suspended for security, abuse, legal requirements or protection of the service. Suspension blocks new login completion and existing authenticated sessions.
